Very nice room with private bathroom in a modern, large and spacious apartment with plenty of natural light.  There are a big equipped kitchen (microwave, grill, fridge), a comfortable living-room, and a balcony looking at the street, where you can see the Almagro Square.  You can share the rest of the apartment with us.

The room is fully equipped: cable tv and computer in the room, internet and hot water 24 hours, heating,  linens and towels, maid service once a week, telephone for local calls and fax.

Located:  Peron street and Medrano Avenue, Almagro, a very nice and safe neighborhood, it has easy access to public transport (buses and subways) to travel across the city and other areas.   It is at two blocks from Corrientes Avenue, Subway Line B, Medrano station, and three blocks from Rivadavia Avenue, Subway Line A, Castro Barros station.  Ten minutes from the Downtown.

You will find museums, movies,  theaters, cultural centers, shopping centres, several elegant cafes and restaurants, universities and spanish schools near the apartment.

 We are three porteños: mother(student), father and daughter (student), not smoker, living in a very relaxed atmosphere.  We speak English.
